More About Me

I have a passion for helping people buy and sell real estate and finding the best place to invest in or call home. I've lived in Boulder County since 1979, graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder (BA in Economics) and the University of Virginia School of Law (JD). After law school, I practiced law in Boulder, Colorado, then worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill as an executive, ultimately running global supply chain and operations services. Since Chipotle, I've been a CEO of a startup and a Market President. Along the way, I've been an investor in the Boulder County real estate market for decades and currently own and manage eight investment properties, including five in Louisville, Colorado, one in Broomfield, Colorado, and two on the Gulf Coast in Florida.    My wife, Leslie, and I live in Louisville, Colorado, and we raised our family of five children here, who attended Boulder Valley schools and are very tied into Boulder County. I know the area and the history of the real estate market in the area going back decades. I remain a member of the Colorado Bar Association but choose not to practice law because I prefer the win/win aspect of putting together a successful real estate transaction. I enjoy skiing, running, biking, and going to the beach at 30A in Florida.    I'm committed to the very highest levels of professionalism and concierge-level customer service and know that delivering an extraordinary customer experience in every transaction and putting the needs of the client first, always, is the only way to do business. Today I'm full-time, 100% devoted to residential real estate and helping buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions to help them realize their goals.
